Nevertheless, love also has a more ominous aspect, which this artwork examines – its capacity to cause distress, leave lasting scars, and present dangers. The chainsaw blade used in this piece serves as a potent symbol of the destructive potential inherent in love. Having experienced the painful consequences of love firsthand, I created this artwork as a therapeutic exercise and a poignant reminder to approach love with trepidation. My ultimate goal is to display these artworks in cities on a massive scale, cultivating a sense of solidarity and shared understanding that we all endure the pain of love and heartbreak together.
